Seacrest out, Swift in! Taylor Swift, actress, 'Saturday Night Live' host, and CMA Entertainer of the Year nominee will soon be adding radio DJ to her resume. According to a recent Twitter update, Ryan Seacrest will be taking some time off as host of his weekly radio show, 'American Top 40' over the Thanksgiving holiday, and will be replaced by frequent chart-topper Taylor on the show.

'American Top 40' recently tweeted, "We want your questions for Taylor Swift! She's guest-DJing the show. Call us! 1-877-AT40-FAN." In addition, the 'American Idol' host said via Twitter, "@taylorswift13 is filling in for me on @AmericanTop40 over Thanksgiving wknd. Call w/ ur ?s for her...she'll answer on show! 1-877-AT40-FAN."

Taylor recently reached No. 1 on 'American Top 40' with her mega-hit, 'You Belong with Me.' After her 'SNL' gig, the singer will return to Nashville to perform at the CMA Awards, where she is nominated for four awards.

It all started when Taylor Swift used one of Justin Bieber’s songs in her YouTube video earlier this year. Justin Bieber responded with the video above back in August.

Justin dedicated his never-heard-before song “Favorite Girl” to Taylor. Who would have known that months later on November 3rd “Favorite Girl” would release to iTunes and get an amazing response from fans.

Justin Tweeted to Taylor yesterday: “@taylorswift13 my song FAVORITE GIRL i sang to u on youtube came out 2day on ITUNES…u like?”

Taylor Swift is really having the best past few weeks ever!

She seems to be getting super friendly with Taylor Lautner, everyones in love with her, and her music is blowing up on the charts!

This week the 19-year-old's debut album, "Taylor Swift," becomes the longest charting album of the century on the Billboard Charts!

The album has spent 157 weeks on the chart this year, earning her the prize for the album spending the most number of weeks inside Billboard's Top 200 Albums. It was released back in October 2006 and has sold over 4 million copies.

After being rudely interrupted by Kanye West onstage at the MTV Video Music Awards, it would seem that Taylor Swift should be ready for anything on live television.

But the singer's so giddy about hosting Saturday Night Live this weekend that she may want to watch her blood pressure.

"Starting the SNL process," Swift, 19, writes on her Twitter page. "I kinda feel like I might have a heart attack or pass out in the pitch meeting. I'm that excited."

Last week Swift said she had already started thinking up ideas for the show. "I try to prepare for everything beyond the extent of preparation. So I have all these ideas for skits," she told CMT Radio's Cody Alan. "I have like 10 ideas right now, I'm probably gonna walk in there with 35 ideas."

Miley Cyrus may be friends with both Taylor Swift and Taylor Lautner, but that doesn't mean that the teen queen has any idea if the two are really dating. But, if they are, she's really happy for them.

"The Taylors? Oh, I don't know. I'm not into the drama. I have no idea," she told Chicago's B96 morning show during a tour stop earlier this week, where she also talked about her recent departure from Twitter. "But I've known Taylor [Lautner] since I was really young."

Cyrus, who starred in the "Hannah Montana" movie alongside Swift earlier this year, shared that she was once also cast in a flick with Lautner. "When he did '[The Adventures of] Sharkboy and Lavagirl,' it was between me and somebody else, and then I ended up doing 'Hannah Montana,' so I've known him for, like, a really long time," she said, adding that she fully approves of the couple — if they are dating. "I mean, if he's happy and if she's happy, sounds good to me."

Taylor Swift recently played coy during interviews when asked about her rumored romance with the "Twilight" star and her "Valentine's Day" co-star.

"I don't know, he's an amazing guy and we're really close ... and ah ... yep," she told CMT Radio Live's Cody Alan in an interview, before later in the day giggling with Ellen DeGeneres when asked about Lautner. "We're in a movie together, and I am really excited about seeing it."

Well, i was a bit shocked by this news. But, come on, there were lots of people who took a picture with Taylor and i guess she didn't realize the symbol written on the guy's shirt. Oh WELL. Just read the article below.

Taylor Swift, the singer behind hits such as "Teardrops on My Guitar" and "Love Story," has worked hard to maintain a pure and clean image over the years, unlike some of her peers in the business.

However, Swift found herself in unfriendly territory the other night when photographers snapped a picture of her standing next to a swastika-clad male at Katy Perry’s birthday party.

Swift’s representatives released a statement to TMZ, stating: “Taylor took pictures with about 100 people that night ... she doesn't know who this guy is and she didn't realize what was on his shirt.”

Apparently, the photo was posted by the unidentified male in the picture, to a message board with a thread titled “Taylor Swift and I Are Officially Dating.”

Most other posters flocked to Taylor’s defense, with one saying “Or maybe you're just a needy loser who harassed her for celeb pics so you could seem cool to a bunch of strangers” and another calling the male a racist.

Swift has not yet responded to the scandal herself.

Google launches full-song music search

Google has finally taken the wraps off its music search program, enabling users to check out full versions of songs within Google search.

A search for Taylor Swift, for instance, returns links to her website and fan pages, plus songs by Swift. The music is provided by Google's partners, MySpace's iLike and LaLa.com.

You can't play the same song over and over again -- although you could listen to Swift's entire album. Google is also introducing lyric search, for those times when a song gets stuck in your head and you want to find out what it is. Type some of the lyrics into Google, and it will locate the song.

It looks like all the excitement is about Swift's comments regarding her friendship with Taylor Lautner, who portrays Jacob Black in the Twilight film series. The speculation stems from photos of Swift and Lautner in California at a Los Angeles Kings hockey game this past weekend. "I don't know, he's an amazing guy and we're really close ... and ah ... yep," she says in Alan's interview airing Wednesday night. "We're in a movie together and I am really excited about seeing it." The movie she's referring to is Valentine's Day, set to arrive in theaters on Feb. 12. No Slutty Halloween Costumes for Taylor Swift

"All the girls in our school kind of used Halloween as an excuse to take all their clothes off," Taylor Swift recalls about the upcoming holiday. "My best friend Abigail and I have always been sort of anti-teeny-tiny, little costumes." I love that. Even at my age, I still know women who insist on being not just the nurse, the cat, the teacher or the hippie, but the slutty nurse, cat, teacher and hippie. As for the girls Swift knew in school, she added, "They would tan weeks in advance so that they could bare it all on Halloween. I'm like, 'That's not the point.' You're supposed to be scary." Young and famous, Taylor Swift is not into clubbing and getting drunk just like many other celebrities in common. In an interview with Daily Mail, she enthuses, "Sometimes people are fascinated by the fact that I don't care about partying, almost to the point where they think it's weird."

"I think when we get to the point where it's strange for you not to be stumbling around high on something at 19, it's a warped world," she argues. "It's not like I've been beaten down by some corporation that's forcing me always to behave myself - I just naturally do."

"I've been given the freedom to do whatever I want," she quickly adds, before then elaborating, "I'm 19 if I want to storm out of the house and go to a club and get drunk and take my clothes off and run naked through Nashville, I can do that. What's new, right? Almost all of her concert tickets were sold out! Well, Taylor's concert was really worth- watching, so we don't need to be surprised, right? Yay taylor!.

Tickets to four of country singer Taylor Swift's 2010 tour dates sold out in two minutes after going on sale on Friday, her publicists said.

All tickets released on Friday for 15 U.S. shows in the 19 year-old singer's 2010 Fearless tour sold "within minutes". The four shows in the New York area were the fastest to go, her representatives said.

Swift, the biggest selling U.S. artist of 2008, will play 37 shows in the United States and Canada in 2010 and seven in Australia starting in February.

The teen star, whose hits include "You Belong with Me" and "Love Story", has seen her popularity soar since September, when rapper Kanye West hijacked her acceptance speech for a best music video trophy at the MTV Video Music Awards show and said it should have gone to R&B singer Beyonce instead.

Swift was nominated for a leading six American Music Awards earlier this month and will perform on and host the popular U.S. late night TV sketch show "Saturday Night Live" on November 7.

Swift To Bring 2010 Fearless Tour To St. Paul

The 19-year-old singer will bring her 2010 "Fearless" tour to St. Paul's Xcel Energy Center on Friday, May 7. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 30.

Swift performed a sold-out show at Target Center in Minneapolis earlier this month on the first leg of her "Fearless" tour. She kicks off next year's tour Feb. 4 in Brisbane, Australia, before beginning her North American run on March 4 in Tampa, Fla.

Swift has been nominated for the Country Music Association's Entertainer of the Year Award. She's the youngest artist to be honored.

Taylor Swift to Go After Kanye on SNL

Taylor Swift has just been announced as the host of Saturday Night Live on November 7th, and all we have to say is….Look out, Kanye!!!

Taylor has stayed pretty much mum on the subject of Kanye West interrupting her at the VMAs, and thinks SNL is the perfect place to break her silence.

She says, "I've been thinking about skit ideas for a long time. There are definitely some hilarious things that have happened to me over the past couple of months that I think will be pretty substantial skits."

Taylor was asked to host back in the summer, and says it’s been so hard to keep it a secret. She also says she wants to collaborate with Andy Samberg on one of his infamous digital short music videos.

She says, "Of course, I've been such a fan for a long time, but I've gone back and re-watched everything over the past couple of months and digital shorts would be so much fun to do, because they've been done so well. Andy Samberg is hilarious."

We can’t wait to see what the SNL cast has up their sleeve for Taylor’s appearance on the show!

Taylor Swift keeps close to gal pal and mentor Faith Hill backstage at the “We’re All For The Hall” benefit concert for the Country Music Hall of Fame held at the Sommet Center in Nashville, Tenn., on Tuesday night (October 13).

The 19-year-old songstress came out to support and perform during at the concert, which raises money for the Country Music Fall of Fame. The money will go to support exhibits, publications and hundreds of school and family programs to teach the importance of country music.

Also performing at the benefit concert are Taylor’s tour buddies Keith Urban and Brad Paisley plus Museum Board President Vince Gill.

Taylor Swift says she’d “go for it” if her perfect man came along.

The country music star — who has previously dated Joe Jonas of the Jonas Brothers — admits she’s probably too busy to have a relationship, but she’d make time for a boyfriend if she found Mr Right.

“I have always been really busy, so finding a date was never easy,” she said. “I’m better on my own, moving around and doing career things.

“But if someone comes along who is right for me I will definitely go for it.”

However, Taylor, 19, recently admitted she has “no idea” what love is.

“I think the reason I write about love so much is because I have no idea what is going on with love. It’s unpredictable and I haven’t figured it out yet,” she said.

Taylor Swift caused a commotion when she stepped onto the Notre Dame University campus in South Bend, Indiana, on Wednesday, drawing the attention of students, who she stopped to pose for photos with.

The country star Tweeted about the trip, explaining she was joining her younger brother, Austin, 16.

Country singer Taylor Swift is to create a new fashion range for British retailer Marks & Spencer.

Taylor, 19, recently hit the headlines when Kanye West stormed the stage at the MTV VMAs during her acceptance speech for Best Female Video.

The teen singer already has a range of dresses for the US store Wal-Mart that launched earlier this year and will now create the range for Marks & Spencer, which has 885 stores around the world.

She said: "Yeah, I'm coming out with dresses that are inspired by the sundresses I wear.

"If I was going to put out dresses, I wanted them to be affordable, especially with the economy doing what it's doing, so I'm really excited that we've accomplished that."

According to director Garry Marshal, Taylor will be writing and performing a song for "Valentine's Day":

If Cupid is on our side, Taylor Swift will be writing a song for her new romantic comedy “Valentine’s Day.” Director Garry Marshal told E! Online that Taylor will most likely be performing a tune for the star-studded rom-com.

The ensemble film, which includes about a dozen A-list names, has Taylor playing opposite Twilight hottie Taylor Lautner. Garry was hoping for more Taylor vs. Taylor action, but their schedules didn’t allow them to have big appearances in the film.

“She writes songs and sings and he does the vampire thing,” Marshall said. “But I discovered Taylor Lautner ran track back in Minnesota. That’s why I have him jumping hurdles in the movie. She likes to dance and he likes to jump a hurdle, so we made up the scene for them.”

Garry hopes Taylor will write a song for the movie, “But when people write songs, they always want to see the movie. [Taylor] wants to see the part she’s in. I just finished, so I need to edit for a second.”

Watching herself and Taylor on the big screen may just be all the inspiration she needs to write a new “Love Story” for the new love flick.

Billboard announced today that “You Belong With Me,” the Berks County native’s newest single from her multi-platinum album “Fearless,” has hit No. 1 on the magazine’s Radio Songs/Hot 100 Airplay chart! AWESOME right? Her songs were really PHENOMENAL.

It’s the first country single to hit that mark in the 19-year history of the chart’s use of Nielsen BDS-monitored data, Billboard said. The data showed an audience of 117 million for "You Belong With Me" this week to beat out Black Eyed Peas' "I Gotta Feeling," according to the magazine.

“You Belong With Me” also leapt back up the Hot 100 singles sales chart, from No. 6 to No. 4, Billboard said. The song is the fourth from “Fearless” to hit the Top 10. "Change," "Love Story” and "Fearless" also hit and two others just missed: "You're Not Sorry" (No. 11) and "White Horse" (No. 13).

And now a fifth song from the disc, “Fifteen,” is at No. 16 on the Country Singles chart, up a whopping nine positions from last week, four weeks after its release.

Leave it to dashing Chace Crawford to show up at the Kings of Leon concert on Monday evening like Taylor Swift's prince on a white horse.

The Gossip Girl star spotted the country singing teen at the NYC venue and gave her a big hug, according to a witness who dished to Us Weekly. The snitch claims Chace told the 19-year-old, "I'm so proud of you. Don't let anyone ever take your spotlight ever again."

Swift reportedly burst into tears just moments before her live performance at Sunday's MTV Video Music Awards, following her on-stage run-in with Kanye West.

But if that's what she had to go through to receive a warm bear hug from the celebrity she once described as her "celeb dream date," I'm sure Taylor thinks it was all worth it. Cause they were both young, when she first saw him...

LOL. For all the Kanye West haters, we may get back to him now with this! LOL. I was just surfing the net when i saw this game, entitled "KANYE vs. TAYLOR" and i almost choked when i saw it. Hahaha. Here, you can punch Kanye as many as you can, while he speaks. Haha. It's just so simple, but i think with this game,you may be able to imagine that you're actually punching him on the face. Taylor did an interview with US magazine about Kanye West ruinign her acceptance speech.

Well, I was standing on stage because I was really excited because I had just won the award. And then I was really excited because Kanye West was on stage. And then I wasn't so excited anymore after that.
I've been getting so many text messages and everybody's been really nice. So I've had a really, really fun night. It's been interesting definitely. It's definitely been an interesting night.. Taylor said she was once a fan of Kanye, 'I don't know him, and I've never met him, so... I don't want to start anything because I had a great night tonight.'
On Beyonce inviting her on stage: 'They told me to stand by the side of the stage, and I didn't really know what was going to go down. But I thought it was so wonderful and gracious of her to do what she's always done. She's always been a great person before anything else. Before the talented artist, the superstar, she's always been a great person and I just, I thought I couldn't love Beyonce more tonight, than tonight.'

ERRR. To tell you guys honestly, up to now, i'm still really really mad with Kanye West about what he did last night. I'm a fan, well, a very addicted fan who loves Taylor and supports her all the way, no matter what - like all of us do. And seeing her being embarassed in front of many people in America was a big deal. Everyone's talking about this issue, and i must say that Taylor was really a strong and nice girl, for keeping silent instead of defending herself and have a quarrel with Kanye. ( Well, if i were her, i would totally shout with all rage into his ears until he became deaf.)

And the nicest thing is everyone was with Taylor. I mean, we're all on Taylor's side, right? From the ordinary people up to most popular celebrities- everyone was her side. Well here's Kanye's blog, apologizing to Taylor to regain his nice integrity and popularity.

“I’m sooooo sorry to Taylor Swift and her fans and her mom [Andrea]. I spoke to her mother right after and she said the same thing my mother would’ve said. She is very talented! Hey everyone! MTV Video Music Awards was just held! There were LOTS of big happenings, and i must say that i was totally ANNOYED by Kanye West. Well, before that, Taylor walked in at the red carpet, and of course, who could be more prettier and gorgeous than Taylor? She walked in with a very elegant dress, which was absolutely STUNNING. One of my favorites. Then, the good news is, she WON her first ever moon man! Yes! Her first moon man! Taylor also won the Best Female Video Award. But the most annoying news that i've ever encountered was that while Taylor Swift was giving her speech, this MR. KANYE WEST, the most disgusting person for me so far, interrupts Taylor, saying that "Taylor doesn't deserve winning and BEYONCE's videos were a lot better than ANYONE, which needs to WIN." SO ANNOYING. Why can't he just shut up and keep his opinions to himself? Well, sorry for being too mad, but i was really really irritated about what he've done. ANYWAY, let's just forget him. Everything that Taylor was having right now is worthy for all of her hardworks. She deserves it. RIGHT?? So, congratulations Taylor!

Hey everyone! As you can see, we have a new layout! Thanks to Nenen, for doing it gorgeously. It was really really awesome, right? Well, she's really really creative. Hahaha. Anyway, thank you again, Nenen, for spending time on making this wonderful layout! :)

Well, i added some new features on the site such as this purchase the Fearless Album thing, and the Featured Video. I also changed the format of the twitter widget, cause sometimes, problems and errors are occuring. So, the site was more user-friendly and i hope you guys would visit regularly! (Don't also forget to visit Taylor Swift Philippines, another Taylor Swift Philippine Fansite, which is our sister site.)

Speaking of "sister site", there were bunch of new local fansites in the ph who were trying to be one of our sister sites. Well, i must say that please apply by sending me an email and NOT by just dropping a message on the tagboard. Finally, Tayswifters! Big Machine Records had released the track list and the cover of FEARLESS Platinum Edition!
